Lost 40 Gold Bars!

I was playing Bubble Gum Hill on the last level and tried to continue the game by using my gold bars. When I clicked to continue, I kept getting a message saying that the store was unavailable. I tried a couple more times and got the error message each time. I then noticed that my gold bars were being deducted!

How do I get them back?

    I've checked your player account but couldn't identify any lost gold bars.

    Could you please let me know when exactly this happened? I'll be able to look it up in the database.

    If you get the store unavailable must have meant that you were out of Gold Bars and was about to do a purchase?
