I reloaded my game a few times and have been unable to restore my rank and level

Lost in Candy Land

My iPad froze so I had to reset it.  When going back to the game I was only able to maintain my level but lost my rank.  I reloaded it.  In doing so, I lost everything.  How do I restore my game in its entirety?  I was in first place with my Facebook team.
