My Iphone does not have bonus of the day and Quests

My Iphone doesn’t have bonus of the day , it is disappear for 4-5 days and i do not have Quests too , it shows wait in 96 hours but my iphone miss it like 2 weeks. I’m now at level 2310 and my iphone is upgrade lastest version already ,please help. Thank you.

Hi Teddy, thank you for posting.

The daily bonus has been playing up for a while now and is under investigation. 

As regards the 96 hours, have you changed times or dates recently?

Yes i went to vacation and my time zone changed .. and after that i notice i have no quests anymore .. so i tried to fix by changing time and calender.. but it is worse , it makes me lost bonus of the day too.

If you have recently changed the time on your device (due to travelling or other reasons) this may affect the lives timer in game. To fix the issue, please open the map screen in the game and check how long you have to wait for your next life. Now set the clock on your device forward by that amount of time.

For example, if the game says “100 hours until your next life" you will need to change the date in your phone’s calendar. In this case, please calculate how many days are in 100 hours and set the date forward accordingly. Once this is complete, briefly return to the game’s map screen and then return to the settings menu on your device and set the date and/or time back to the correct time. Finally, restart your device and this should resolve the problem.
