I want to report an issue with level 2357

I have just played LEVEL 2357 twice.  The first time it crashed after completing, after spending £6.99 on aids.  I went back into it and it got to the end and started clearing up the remainder moves and it crashed again.  I love this game but there have been many occasions when it crashes preventing me to continue.  Please help!!!

I don't know the answer but I've just experienced the same thing. I've completed this level twice and it's crashed. Annoying because I had a good streak of winning levels first time and now it's also took me 2 steps back on my rainbow road. Please let me know when it's fixed.

Lauren, try the troubleshooting there too, if not playing on android let me know and I will get you the correct file

Lauren, what device are you playing on? Let me know and I will get you the troubleshooting. I have flagged it with the King moderators who are monitoring it, but you will need to try the troubleshooting for the studio to look in to it

I have just experienced the exact same issue so it’s def not fixed. I also used a load of lollipops and striped lollipops to complete it. Hopefully I will get them back
