Help!! Game doesn't start anymore on windows 10

I have the windows 10 app for this and it has been crashing since yesterday. There's an another question asking the exact same thing but for some reason it's marked as answered even though there's no real answer there. Raising this concern in a new question here. Please fix it asap!! Roll back whatever you did with yesterday's update.

Hi Xarly.Its been a week and still no resolution.I am honestly disappointed. The least that could be done was to roll back the update so that the game could work for windows users but it seems the developers don't care. Uninstalling the game after playing for 6 months.

WHY IS BAKERY ALWAYS CLOSED??
hello….Im wanting to Bake in the bakery,however it always says “Bakery opening soon”……This has been non stop for the past few weeks now…
Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
