CC Soda not syncing to Facebook

My CC Soda has stopped syncing with Facebook.  It's been working fine but now everything is out of sync.  On Windows 10 PC I'm on level 2443, my mobile is on level 2441 and Facebook is on level 2440!  The game on the mobile and PC are both logged in using Facebook, no error messages have popped up and there doesn't appear to be any connection issues so why are they all showing different levels?  I've tried uninstalling and resetting the FB app but nothing has changed.  This is most annoying, please can you fix it?

    Good morning CP13, can I ask you to check all your versions of the game are updated. It should be version 1.117.500.0 or higher. 

    have you tried replaying the levels the game is opening at on each of the lower devices?
