Gifts are not opening

Question

There are gifts on multiple levels that I have passed that have not opened for me. Also, when opening the game it starts me several levels behind.

This happens on both my android phone and my tablet.

Hi Jami, please do me a favor and look at level 1005 to see if there are any stars on it.  Sometimes the avatar might get stuck on a level and you have to replay it before it moves on.  This happened to me once and I was totally surprised to see that the level did not have stars on it.

The gift boxes is a big glitch but not a priority at the moment so I"m not sure when they will fix that.

When opening the game, my icon is at the gate on level 1005 and I have to manually move through the map to get to level 1039, which as of now is the level I am currently on.

As for the gifrs, yes, i mean the boxes.
