Error Downloading error across all browsers for over a day!!!!!!

I reported this to support and their usual stupid answer was directions on how to clear my system and reboot since they talked to the studio and there is nothing wrong with the game. I find that interesting as I am not the only one with this problem. I have tried opening the game over Firefox, Explorer, and Chrome and all give the same answer. I can open all other King games so that tells me that someone over at the studio is asleep or not paying attention to game errors!!!

Hi Rachel, I think we might have a glitch here because a few players have reported this today.  I am going to notify a King Admin about this.

I have the same downloading problem with the new level 961 and challenge. I have it on my phone but won’t download on my iPad.

Hi Denise, have you been able to clear it since writing here?  Are you clearing your history daily?  Are you playing the game through Facebook because there was a connection issue since Facebook was hacked a couple of days ago.  You have to reconnect with Facebook.  Please give me more information so that I can offer further direction?
