My game won’t open it keeps trying to connect to FB or repeatedly tells me I’m connected to FB.

Cant get to open and play. Have deleted and reloaded app managed to do level one (I was on 1090) & now it’s reverted to trying to connect to FB again so can’t even open game.

Hi @Chicklet, sorry to hear that it's still causing you a problem. Why don't you play through the Kingdom instead of Facebook? Here are some steps to create and sync both accounts and then you can play only through the Kingdom. I haven't played through Facebook in a very long time because of all the glitches. Try this and see if that works for you:

Yes still having this problem..nothing works ,so will eventually be deleting app! Not uninstalling & reinstalling as will lose all progress..If I log into facebook I am back to level 388..I am at 1780..so much for my progress I am playing alone as no players to help ,keeps saying offline reconnect ,I am connected ,so can't eve do race..disappointed that I have to lose so many levels if I log into facebook ,if no fix for this will be gone from game!

Hi Jo, how about you try this instead. Are you able to log into the Kingdom? When you open the game is it opening at all so that you can log out of Facebook and log into the Kingdom? First clear the history on your device. Try not to uninstall and reinstall the game unless everything else fails because you will lose all your lives and boosters.

Is your operating system up-to-date? Check that out too. Let me know if you need any help trying to figure out how to log into the Kingdom.
