Why am I getting no response when I have written to you guys over 5 times in the last month. Please research my problems , fix them and get back to me. Thanks

I am up to game 1995 yet it keeps bringing me to 1955 when i log in. Also when i complete a reward game it doesn't give me that reward. Also when i log in a black rectangular box flashes.Hi Michael, you haven't mentioned in this message what your problems are? Please give the details.
