my husband deleted and installed again and his works. But he lost everything but his gold bars.

Got it to work by deleting and reinstalling, however I lost ALL my boosters

I thought it was fixed, because it let me play Bubblegum Hill twice, but now I am blocked again. I also received 6 hours of lives as a gift, but that does me little good with no Bubblegum Hill access.

Well that sucks for me! I have over 700 Lollipops so cannot take the chance of deleting, reinstalling and losing them all. What the heck is going on King? This is absolutely ridiculous!

There's still 32 hours left on bubblegum hill and I've been wanting to retake the throne but every time I click on it it won't allow me to??

You won’t lose all of your gold bars but you will lose all of your boosters and suckers if you delete.😕

Hello!

I have not had the Bubblegum Hill" in past few weeks now.  So, I am not aware of "locking" issue!!

But, my complaint is the reward of Gold Bars.  No matter how long we are on the throne -- let it be 10 min / 25 min / 40 minutes, the reward is just 3 Gold Bars!!  If we rule less than 5 min, I completely understand the gift of 3 Gold Bars.  But, even for 25 to 40 minutes also, the same!!!  

Please change this setting too, KING!  Thanks!

Well I am still not getting bubble gum hill or any extra activities. Today I actually saw the gift box which I haven’t seen in weeks and thought great maybe the game is fixed, it was short lived asa message appeared oops we’ll get you your gift later something went wrong. So hopefully they are working on it and all will be back to normal soon?
