Why does Candy Crush Soda keep resetting to level one when I am on level 360?

You say it keeps resetting? Does it go back and forth between 1 and 360? If you are at level 1 you can follow this FAQ for restoring progress. If it is going back and forth please let us know what your device as well as what you see happening.

There is a separate community for Candy Crush Soda where you can post Soda issue so other member who play that game will be able to see and help

Hi @joelcookie1, you are now in the right community!  Have you tried what @JustPlaying suggested above for trying to restore your progress.  If that doesn't work it might be that your avatar is stuck on level 1.  That happens to me all the time on my computer.  What you have to do is to replay level 1, clear it and then refresh the game.  When it opens it will be at your current level.

Also, the studio is looking for feedback on your experience when you run out of moves, so can you all please head on over to this link and if you find that it is affecting your game, can you please respond?
