How do I restore my level progress when I’m not connected to Facebook?

I have a kingdom account that I am logged into, but it seems there are only steps to restore level progress on an apple device through Facebook on here? I tried to find the page but couldn’t otherwise. 

I got got to level 454, but as I was close to finishing the level it crashed, so I opened the app again but it said I was only on level 425 again 😞. I don’t know how to fix it? Do I email somewhere? I already sent one but then I was told to come here. 

If anyone knows where to ask please send the link, or if someone knows the answer please tell me!

Hey @crose ,

It seems like there was a connection issue happening there! 

I've gone ahead and put you back on 454. You will notice you know have 2 stars on all levels. You can always go back and replay them but this is the way we have to put you on the level you wish to be at.

Hope this works for you, if not, you know where we are!

We'd love to see you stay around but for that to happen, we need you to use English, so that everyone here can understand and speak with each other.

HHHHHEEEELLLPP! I just got to level 485 and now I'm back to level 1. I am not on Facebook. I cannot restore it to the right level. Any ideas! Can someone help?!

I might just stop playing. Turns out I was wrong about the level I got up to- I got up to the alligator, because he was talking to me before, but I couldn’t remember what level I got up to so I tried to watch walkthroughs to find out, but I was wrong by like 20 levels because the alligator is above level 474- not 454. Thank you so much for helping me but I can’t do those levels again 😞 bye

Hi @Mediablitzs, your avatar might be stuck on level 1.  It happens to me on my computer.  What you have to do is replay the level and then refresh the game.  When the game opens again it should be at your current level.

@crose I will notify @Xarly that you posted again here and need your progress changed.

Hi I am in desperate need for your help. I am at level 1970 but my game always starts at level 1756 why is this happening. I have to scroll through stages to start where i left off.  I also do not get any rainbow road or extra hours of playing time. CAn any please help me?
