New levels

I'm at the end of the board and have had no new levels for 4 weeks. Sent PM's but nothing neck. Help, phrase!

Hi @Kerriann what level are you on, what device and how are you logging into the game (King or Facebook account? There have been new levels every Wednesday since it went world wide in October.  Make sure you are connecting with a good internet connection.  You can also try general troubleshooting

I've tried all the trouble shooting suggestions to no avail.
I'm on 3890. My wifi is excellent.

I will ask this post be moved. What is the device you are using? Are you able to try you login on a different device /King site or Facebook to see if you get new levels there?.  You said you tried all troubleshooting does that include reinstall (would not do unless other devices work)
