Daily bonus disappears

Every day when I've received my timed daily bonus, after a couple of rounds it disappears. I have to close the game and start fresh, which is a pain when the boosters are timed. If I've won a few levels and get another timed bonus, these disappear too which is frustrating if they're only 15 minutes. Especially when the game takes so long to load. I'm on level 1040 and this has been happening for months,  I'm ready to give up. Any idea if there's a fix for this? And yes, I reboot my tablet often. Thank you.

Ok please forgive me but I need to ask this question - was sick the last few days and now my head is clear.  So you get the daily booster correct?  I just got mine and it was a 2 hour for coloring candy.  Are you getting the 2 hour for your booster?  You play a level or 2 and then it disappears but when you restart the game it's back again?

Hi @Dewdrop24, I haven't seen that on my game yet.  Maybe it's a new glitch.  Let’s try some troubleshooting tips by following the steps.

HI @JetKuil-Snaterse, I know that there is a glitch with the fishing with friends challenge and I think it was already reported.  But you two are the only ones saying that you lost your daily bonus before the time was up.  Let's you and I keep a check on the messages coming in to see if anyone else reports this ok?

Thanks @Elsa, but checking the links didn't help.
I don't play on a browser on my computer. I play the Candy Crush games on apps installed on my tablet, which is about 6 months old.
I only use it for reading, keeping up with the news and these couple games. I've only used 10 GB of 16 available. 
The game doesn't crash, I just loose my timed boosters until I restart the game. 
I think I answered what you wanted. Let me know if I missed something. Thanks for your help.

@Elsa Thank you! Yes you have it right!! (Sorry, I'm new here and hit yes meaning you got it, not that it fixed it lol) 
I look forward to seeing if they can help @JetKuil-Snaterse and I. It isn't a new glitch with me, it has been happening for a while but I finally got frustrated enough to come here for help.
