Can't get quest

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this game numerous times but still don't get quest where I can get helpful items. Very annoying!

Hi @Cindy_Wheat, what quests are you referring to?  Please be careful with uninstalling and reinstalling the game if you are playing on a mobile device because you will lose all lives and boosters since they are only saved to that device.  Please give me more information so that I can offer further direction.

There used to be quest,  on the right side of the screen, where it told you that when you collected so many candies of a certain color or made so many combinations of different things that you would win stuff. Like extra color bombs or striped candy and such but it's no longer there. The only thing that shows now is extra lives. And that makes it difficult to pass levels. When this first happened someone from King told me to uninstall and reinstall but that didn't help. I don't play as much as I used to because of this.
