Why is it rebooting as if I’m a new player

i played every day for over 100 days as my days were reset when I bought a new phone and the other day I had already had my free daily boost and a few hours later I was sent back to day 1 and keep getting notifications as if I’m a new player when I’m over 1500 levels in, is there a glitch on my account?

Hi @Clure1 and welcome to our friendly community!  Couple of questions for you - when you got a new phone (is that correct) were you previously signed into your King account or FB? These are the only two ways to save your progress?

Second - do you have the most recent version of the game on you phone? There was a recent upgrade of the game that did cause some players to have their daily login calendar reset. With regards to your Question, the King has reset the "Daily Bonus Calendar" for all the players recently to give a better experience to his players.  From now on, the game is saved to their server but not on to our device.  Please check this link where the Candy Crush Soda Community Manager @Xarly has provided more information about it
