Reset of the Daily Login Calendar

Hi everyone,

With yesterday's update (v.133) all progress on your Daily Login Calendar was reset to day 1. We apologise for the inconveniences that this might have caused.

The reason for this is because now, instead of storing the daily login calendar in your devices, it will be saved on our servers, reducing with this the possibility of losing any of your progress due to technical issues (as it was happening before).

We know that this means that you will lose something you actively worked on collecting every single day, but we had to do this in order to have a better system in the future for all of you and your daily login calendars.

You will still get rewards every day, you will just have to start again from day 1.

We understand that the situation is not ideal but I hope this gives you some insights regarding what happened with this update.

I just logged in and have gone from day 812 to day 1. So annoyed.

So I was pretty upset to lose all those earned days on the daily bonus calendar when you did your update... but what's the excuse for losing them all again yesterday? Exactly what is your version of a DAY?? I played early in the morning, but when I went back in around 9pm, I was back to day one AGAIN! Seriously??? At the very least, you guys should compensate everyone with a few trinkets to make up for all the screwups!

To your question @mmurray7707 , BGH should be back to normal. If there were to be any changes, we will make sure they're communicated. But basically, daily login calendar is back (whoop-whoop indeed!) and Bubblegum Hill should now be back to how it was.

Hi everyone,

Just want to let you all know that the update is gradually being implemented, and it comes with the fix for the daily login calendar. If you could come once you have the update and let us know if it's all going well or if you are encountering any issues with this, it would be much appreciated.

From our side, things look like they're good regarding the fix, but we would love to have your feedback as it rolls out.

The plan is still the same. We have been doing some tests today and, as long as it all runs as well as it is running up until now, we should have it with us during this week

I was almost at day 500 and because I finally updated last night I was restarted at day 1. This is ridiculous.

They posted they reset the game and I think everyone lost their progress. But what will you do to those of us that have logged in every day just to keep it going. Some of us for quite some time. I was up to 700 days. What will you do to compensate king??????

Thanks, well explained.

So, does this mean that we can keep adding up days for the daily bonus WHICHEVER device we log in on i.e. I normally use a windows PC, but, if away from home, I'll only have my phone. Before, that would have lost me my "seniority" on the PC, as it's on server now, will me logging in on my android phone maintain it?
And, will it mean that I get the bonus on whichever device I log onto first each day?
