I sudenly lost al my extra's from al the extra's you can have in this game i had from al mkre than 50 en candysticks more than 100.
I would very much like to have it al back.
I have bin savind a long time for al my extra's.
I dont know what to do 
Please help me

Hi @amyhuigen,  please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.  You can read more about this here:  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/177871/safeguarding-your-collected-boosters

Unfortunately, King does not reimburse you for lost rewards or lives.

Did you recently switch devices?  All the extra’s are tied to the device only gold bars transfer when you switch.
