No game pieces show up on my computer version - Candy Crush Soda Saga

On my computer, there are no game pieces on the screen.  It does show the highlight of a move to make, but the game pieces don't appear.  Candy Crush Saga plays okay, but Soda does not.  I am using Google Chrome and it is up-to-date, as is Flash Player, and it is allowed in my settings.  I have cleared cache data.  What do I try next?  I am attaching a word document with a screen print.

    Hi @lebeeson, wow!  They are going to ask you to do some troubleshooting so I will post some links below.  I am also going to post your print screen below.  You saved it in a Word document which is fine for me because I use Word but Mac players I don't think have Word.  So back to this.  Clear the history and make sure that you have the most recent version of the game.  Then click on one of the links below and do the troubleshooting.  Please let me know if the game returns to a normal board again.

    Elsa, I verified and performed the steps for Chrome, scored a 555 on the referenced website, cleared all history, cached files and hosted apps, and restarted my computer.  I am not sure what you meant by "using the most current version of the game".... it downloads when I select it from Facebook.  I am still having the problem.

    Found the problem - my husband turned off hardware acceleration in Google Chrome Advanced settings, and it now works.
