Why have I not been able to make any purchases on Candy Crush for the past 5 months?

When I attempt to purchase gold bars I am getting an error msg which says
"There Was a Problem Processing Your Payment: Sorry, but we're having trouble processing your payment. You have not been charged for this transaction. Please try again."
Credit card info on facebook is updated & the bank says that the problem is not at their end.

Hi Foley1362, thanks for your response. Unfortunately, this did not work. I rebooted my computer & followed those steps months ago when the problem first started.
Also my issue is not a dispute of purchases I made as I am not charge for the attempted transactions.
My problem is that the purchases are not being made at all. Candy Crush says that there is a problem processing my payment & I am not being charged for it.
By the way, I am accessing Candy Crush through Facebook on a Windows 10 desktop PC. And the problem occurs both on Edge & Google Chrome. Thanks!!
