Bonus and lifes

So, i got this infinite lifes bonus on the mr toffe minigame, and a booster, but only the booster appeared, tried to contact king but they sent me to ask this on here, also in one level i lost a few more lives and had gold enough to get this offer of 20 minutes of infinte lifes, but then when repeating the level it said that i ran out of lifes, what is going on and why i didnt got these lifes bonuses?

MTF is cheating, does not give you the price you win, makes you do more work than you should, etc...
I don't understand what is going on, the game is now full of bugs,
