I'm connected to internet, but the game keeps saying no. Not all the time, if I try 5 or 6 times it will work, but I could not pass MTF because if it, lost a lot of lives, etc. How come? thank you.

Hi @disappointedbyking, welcome to our community. Are you playing the game on a mobile device or computer? Perhaps you need to try some troubleshooting to see if that clears up. Clear the history and make sure that you have the most recent version of the game. Complete the troubleshooting by clicking on one of the links below. Hopefully this will resolve the problem. same problem on the phone and on the computer... Many people have spoken of it here, there must be a glitch in the servers.0

I have heard that the best solution for this is to uninstall and reinstalled your game but please be aware that all lives and boosters will be gone on a mobile device. If you are using a computer, are you playing through king.com? There are problems and the studio is trying to find a fix.
