Haven’t received gold bars and hammers

hello my user id is 1969017163218165 and for one bubblegum round I’ve not received the gold bars and hammers kindly help

    Hello @yashvikesarwani, Hearty Welcome to the Candy Friends section of our friendly King Community :)

    I am pretty sure you are asking about "Candy Soda" game after winning the "Bubble Gum Hill Event"!!  You should be able to receive the 6 Lollipop hammers & 1 hour of unlimited lives immediately after winning the event BUT, you won't see the Gold Bars till you are dethroned!!  Did you try logging out of the game and turning off your device?  If not, please do so and check if that helps!!  

    I am glad that you have provided your user ID number.  The King team will be able to look into your account and provide you the needed assistance!  But, please be patient till the weekend is over as whole team are out of the office!

    Yash has already wrote their King game user ID.  Can you also please provide your game user ID?  Please let me know if you need any help in finding it :+1:

    I will inform the Community Manager about this issue and they will be able to look into it after the weekend is over =)
