How do I get boosters?

Every time I play, a screen comes up showing boosters.  It has been as in the attached image since I started playing; I am now at level 48.  When does this change? Why am I waiting 99h99 after all the playing time I have put in?

Thank you Dawn.  I play on my laptop, not on a phone.  I use king.com to access the game, not facebook etc.

I have not had to reset the time on my laptop.  My lives show up correctly.

You have the same as me. The simplest version without anything. This is just a buy version. To continue playing, you have to buy boosters or play at the levels forever, until the particular game comes, where you can do it. The same thing happened to me. I hang forever at 721. Or you have to download an app, because then you also get booster every day and the whole package is offered. I'll buy a tablet in the fall. I'm so fed up with this, hanging around forever on every level. Maybe that helps you on !!!
