Somehow I was charged 3 times for extra lives not 1. How do I get credit?

There was a problem when I tried to purchase 1 extra life package for $3.99 and somehow when I checked my bank account I was charged for 3 x 4.27. There was a glitch that said the store was not available right now try again. So maybe when I tried again even though it kept saying it didn't go through it did. I would like credit for 2 x the $4.27 charge which equals $8.54 because I only wanted to purchase one package at $3.99 which equals $4.27 with tax. Thank You Terry Butler
