I play on my laptop and the heart does not work to add or receive lives. I have been trying to unlock my next level and no one can send me lives. There are no new icons just the same old ones. It has been this way for awhile and many of my co-workers have already quite the game for good. Fix it like it was before or its not worth the stress to play the game.

Have you tried clearing the cache of your browser or even tried a different one? Do you also no longer play on Facebook?

Note! If you're already playing in supported browser we still recommend trying another browser.

Have you tried these steps and did it not help?

King.com still runs on Flash so that is why you don't see the no new icons like mobile or Facebook has. On Facebook the game runs on HTML5 and works better, have you tried it on Facebook yet?

If you don't want to play on Facebook, do you have Windows 10 installed on your PC?
