I have successfully completed Candy Crush Soda Level 577 twice today but as the game finishes I am getting a technical error and not progressing to Level 578.

    I'm having the same problem. I have completed level 968 three times and each time I get the technical error and don't progress. Until today, when I got the technical error, I would refresh the game and I would progress. Not today.

    Me too.  I haven't been able to get past level 614 all week.  I get the same error message.   I'm about ready to pull the plug on this game.  It's no fun to try to play, make one move and crash, reload, go through all the new hoops you have to jump through to get the same thing, more or less.  Quit adding new hoops for us to jump through and fix the game.

    I am playing on a Windows 10 laptop.  I did a cold boot and cleared my cache.

    I am sorry to hear that you all are having this technical error in your games!!  Before escalating this to the Community Team, let's try few troubleshooting steps please!!
    Please pick the option depending on the device you are using to play the game --

    I am having the same issue...I have completed Level 487 5 times & after completing it I get the error message  technical error we are working on it I refresh the game & and don't progress. I did what was suggested  my browser is up to date, Now what can I do?

    I followed the instructions for "browser".  I then went on my phone to do Level 577 again.  I was successful and advanced to Level 588.  I restarted my laptop and it has also advanced to Level 588.  At the risk of sounding like I have bricks for brains, I have never noticed the "AllTime" option when clearing the cache.  It took a bit of time to clear but may be what worked!

    I checked my browser, reinstalled Flash and thought "yay, now I'll be able to play - nope.  I haven't been able to play at all since I did that.  It'd sure be nice if someone at King could fix the game.  I am seriously considering deleting the darn game and finding something else.  Now I can't even play 3 or 4 moves.

    I am sorry to hear that the issue was not fixed with the troubleshooting steps!!  and I completely understand your frustration!  It is hard to enjoy our game(s) when it becomes frozen or crashes :(  

    This is completely new issue to me and hence, I won't be able to assist you further!
