 >:) wenn ein schweres Level geschafft wurde (wird aufgrund Fehlermeldung dann aber nicht gewertet und muß erneut geschafft werden), wenn man etwas kaufen möchte, aber auch mitten im Spiel kommen ständig Fehlermeldungen man soll später wieder versuchen. Besonders ärgerlich, wenn man gerade eben 10 Goldbarren (zu den vorhandenen 9 Stück hinzu) gekauft hat (um das begonnene Spiel mit einem oder 2 Zügen zu beenden), weiterspielen möchte und diese 10 Barren einsetzt, das Spiel jedoch nicht weiter geht, sondern nach Abzug der Goldbarren die Fehlermeldung erscheint. Nun habe ich wieder nur meine vorherigen 9 Barren und keine Chance gehabt das Level 781 zu beenden.

Das ist mir nicht zum ersten Mal passiert, ich bin sehr ärgerlich darüber.
Schön wäre eine Kulanz-Erstattung von Goldbarren und Reparatur des Spieles.

    I am very sorry to know about the issue in your game!!  For any purchase issues, we will have to contact the King Customer Support through this link  https://soporto.king.com/contact  The great thing is you can send the complaint in your own language :+1:  

    While filling out the form, make sure to select the correct game.  Then the Topic slot with "Problems with Purchase" and the Sub-Topic with "Unsuccessful Purchase".

    You will receive an automated message with a ticket number as an acknowledgement and a representative will contact within next 2-3 days.  If you do not hear from them (which is rare due to piled up complaints they might have), you can send a reply to that automated message and request for follow-up.  

    Hope you receive your Gold Bars back again!  Have a nice day/evening!
