Payment Issue

Is anybody else having a problem with payment for additional moves for candy crush soda. On several occasions now I have purchased the additional moves, money has been taken and then an orange screen appears to say there is a problem and the game has to be refreshed therefore no additional moves. After contacting support was told that I had been given what I had paid for.  I am getting really disillusioned with this game and would now be very reluctant to attempt to buy anything else.

    Are you referring to this screen popping up?  It was reported to the studio but it's a Facebook glitch so we have to wait until they find a fix for it.

    Hi. Yes this is the box that comes up. Just really annoying cos it takes the money but then you don't get what you have paid for. Don't think i'll bother buying anything else till it's hopefully sorted. Thanks for your response

    I've payed £3.99 for a bundle and only receive the gold and none of the boosters.

    How do I get them back?
