I can’t get rewards or standings. What’s going on?

Are you able to play the game at all?  If you cannot access the game and you are on mobile, the only thing that is solving it is to uninstall and reinstall the game app.  But please be aware if you do this then you will lose all lives and boosters as they are only saved to that device.
