Gold bars disappearing without being spent.

O am frustrated that I earn gold bars and try to build them up but they keep disappearing before I can use them. Can someone tell me why? User I'd 5345739112.  Thank you.

Hi @mchamb0176 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. First of all, sometimes it happens that the server is slow and they show up later or the connection is bad. You need to have a good connection so they show up there. It also happens sometimes that players use them for additional moves accidentally and they don't realize that.

I too experience this same frustration very often. Just a couple of hours ago I had 14 gold bars after winning 5 and now I’ve started playing next round and see I only have 4! What gives? This is frustrating. And no I didn’t use 10 to play extra moves or I would have been further along, faster.

@mchamb0176 @Rachel70 I am so sorry this has happened to you and I completely understand the way you feel. I will ask you kindly to click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. If your browser is in the English language you will be redirected to a bot to help you with your issue.

If your browser is in any other language, you will have a support form to fill in and contact the team. If so, fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Missing items). Once you fill it in, you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.
