my screen is still black I have the music I can get lives but still can't play

You can reinstall but if you have pts and boosters they might disappear. They never have for me but I see people post about it0

The issue is not fixed yet and the King Studio team are working hard to bring the good results for all of us to enjoy the game again! Unfortunately, there is no time-frame for us to know when the issue is going to be fixed!
All I can suggest you is to play a different game till the issue is solved. Candy Jelly and Candy Friends have some similarities to Candy Soda game! That's what I too am doing
