How do I retrieve my progress.

I was trying to save my progress (was around level 1845) on my iphone but was sent back to level one.  How do I get back to my correct level? Can you help me if you are given my iphone number.

I need help retrieving my progress. I was on level 3070. There was no sound and then the game put me back at level one!😩

Hello and welcome to our friendly Community @leahmazyck I am sorry to hear you have lost your progress. Provided you've been saving your progress, you can recover it again. Try to do the troubleshooting to see if you get your progress back.

Log out of the game via your profile - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

If you didn't save your progress with Facebook or King, you won't be able to recover lost progress as it was never synchronized. Don't worry though, just create a King account or connect to a Facebook profile and then get in touch with Player Support, so they can help you to get you back on your level.
