Bubblegum hill not resetting & allowing play. there's pink tick on all the tiles even w/ new leaders

It has been over 24 hours and bubblegum hill is not resetting and allowing play. there's still pink tick on all the levels where I keep on seeing the people getting changed as per getting the Crown.
