Gold bars taken, no extra moves given

Today I tried to buy ten extra moves more than once for ten gold bars and my connection was weak so it took the gold bars but I never received the extra moves. I lost a total of 25 gold bars before I realized it was actually taking my gold without dishing out the extra moves.

    That same thing just happened to me in the friends saga. I've been having connection issues ever since installing updates on these games yesterday

    Gold bars were taken for extra moves but no extra moves received. I lost 10 bars.

    I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game and lost your Gold Bars!!  I can understand how frustrating and upset you must be because of this!!

    I am sorry to hear that you have lost 20 Gold Bars in your game!!  But, since the game you had this issue was in Candy Friends, I need you to post your question in that game category for the Friends game Community Manager to look into the issue and assist you with it.

    It took 10 gold bars for extra moves but then It said there was a connection issue and did not give me any extra moves

    We do not handle lost purchases here in the Community but Player Support does so you need to get in touch with them.

    You can do by selecting the "Contact Us" button below:



    If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can also contact directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is the following: 


    - Open the game app

    - Tap on the? mark

    - Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars

    - Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
