the screen is still black i don't understand this is a king game i can play candy crush, candy crush jelly and pet rescue all by king if one is not working then the rest should not be working. i even deleted the app for a few days and came back and it is still the same:(

Hi @Cindy_Parker and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I know how inconvenient this is but the studio is really working hard to fix. It is a King game like others you mentioned indeed but each game is actually unique and is built in a different way by different people. Here is the latest statement from our Community Manager regarding the black screen issue.
