I am sorry to hear that you are having issue in your game!! And yes! You were right.... it is the issue/bug with Jelly Cake in the level(s) which popped out with Jelly Cake explosion. But, no need to worry as it was taken care by our wonderful King Team.
** If you are playing on an Android device and still facing the issue, make sure that you have installed the latest version 1.152.13! If you go to "Google Play Store", you can see any available updates
** If you are playing on iOS device, the team is still working on it, so I request you to please be patient!

NOTE: With regards to the boosters --> if you have purchased any of those lost boosters, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team here. Please make sure you use the same email address associated with your game when contacting them, so they can locate your game records. If you have earned those boosters through Daily bonus or Mr.Toffee Fair, etc., I am sorry to say that we will not be reimbursed any of those boosters
