Very Sorry to hear about that!!  Unfortunately, I do not have much information except the one I wrote in my above comment!!  Hence, I request you to please be patient until tomorrow.  The Community Team are located overseas and they will come back only tomorrow.  I will escalate this issue to them and wait for their response.  

Can you please write back which iOS device you are using?  And when did you see the issue for the first time?  Were there any Jelly Cake levels before 3257?  If so, were you able to play them without any issue?  

I am not that far into the game yet!!  Hence, any extra details you can provide, would be helpful for the team to look into the issue!

im on level 638 and every time I clear the wheel the game locks up   I have used all my lives trying to play the game! I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling but the problems still there! Help

I am at level 1139. I had many chances to pass the level but everytime the large round jelly thing bursts the whole screen hangs. Its been going on for 2 days now

Every time I clear the rings, my game freezes. It has happened multiple times.
