Blocked on Facebook

I was 2 months unable to play Candy Crush Soda Saga because my screen was black, I play from Facebook on a pc. The problem was solved the day before yesterday and the game was great but last night it DOES NOT WORK. But this time the following message appears: "An error has occurred and we are trying to fix it, try again later" ... and I try and it is NOT RESOLVED, what happens? Greetings from Rosario -Argentina

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Do you play on any other device other than PC, like a mobile phone? If so, how is your game on that device?

If you have not played on a mobile device, will it be possible for you to play and see if it works there?
