What's the 3 by my bank mean?

My bank had a 2 until yesterday! I filled another 1 & it now says 3 but what's it 4? I thought I had 3 full banks saved but when my gold ran out, I couldn't access my bank til it was full! If its unaccessible for use, why does it say 3? What's there 3 of?

@Mizztreegee, so the numbers you see on the Piggy Bank is a new feature which basically is an upgrade on the Piggy Bank. When I say upgrade, I mean the graphics of the Piggy Bank.

There are 10 levels so each time you by the Piggy Bank, the graphics become cooler, either changing its material or adding decorations to the pig.

Note: The Piggy Bank price doesn't change.

Actually, when the number changes on/next to your Piggy Bank, it usually means that the number of Gold Bars also have changed!!  If you notice in the screenshot you have provided above, it says "100 GB max".... I am thinking when the Piggy has 2 on it, there might have been either 50 or 80 GB only but not 100!!

I have seen the similar feature in my Farm Heroes game too!  But, I could be completely wrong too!! 

Hence, to give you the accurate information about this, I am tagging our Candy Soda game In-charge @QueenB, who can clarify more about this   They will be back in the office in few hours and you should have an answer pretty soon!
