Lost levels ?

I have been playing this game for some time and all of a sudden have lost all levels - I was on 786 but now it keeps taking me back to the beginning . The game is synced with Facebook so I don’t know how to resolve ?
please help

That's annoying! 😕 Let's try to get you back on track. Why can't you connect to Facebook? Do you get any error message? If so, what does it say?
