I completed a level but my phone died??

I competed it then my phone died and reset my progress!!! Please help

Hi @Pennell412 - welcome to our friendly community. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this issue. Unfortunately the game progress is stored on your device with a King or FB profile. If your phone died without saving your progress on 1 level then unfortunately there is nothing that can be done but to play and re-beat the level.

@Pennell412, just to confirm, you haven't lost your entire game progress, right? Or did you just lose the level that you completed before the device died?
