Hey All,

when I first reached out for help in the community regarding not receiving any communication from King regarding messages raised in the game and on desktop, a few people reached out to help, I was told all my games were working fine, I replied, thank you, but this is not the case as I do not even receive an auto response from King form any game - my candy crush and friends game crashed in the process of buying 10 extra bars for 5 moves and when I reopened the game - no extra moves, but the gold bars have been taken but no extra moves.

i genuinely wish someone at King would reach out to me and help me, I play Soda, Jelly and Friends and am super loyal to king - but it seems they don’t want to help there players.
