Why are the levels so difficult.?

I've been stuck on a couple of levels on different Candy Crush games for a couple of weeks, I've virtually stopped playing both Games because I'm so Bored..!!

I am stuck on most of my levels for several days at a time.  Please lighten them up like "CCF".  Bring back the relaxation and enjoyment of the game letting us pass these levels.  I was in the 800's when I got my sister to star playing.  She is now 800 levels ahead of me!  How is that possible?? knowing how hard all these levels are.  I dont' see Kimmie as much as I used to and I used to have over 100 every day of credits to play from my friends now that I play on my ipad I am lucky to have 5 rounds a day.
