Just to make sure, you're completing a line or a column right as diagonal doesn't count. Unfortunately, we're unable, not able to check your account to investigate.

If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can also contact directly from the device (this way support will have all details needed to help), all you need to do is:
- Open the game app
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on Events & Challenges - select the event in question
- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
