I’m not getting credit for completing squares. This has been going on for a few weeks. I thought it might correct itself but apparently not. Any ideas as to what the problem might be? Thanks

Just to make sure, you're completing a line or a column right as diagonal doesn't count. Unfortunately, we're unable, not able to check your account to investigate.

Player Support, however, does have the option so do you mind getting in touch with them so they can have a look?

You can do by selecting the "Contact Us" button below:

If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can also contact directly from the device (this way support will have all details needed to help), all you need to do is:

- Open the game app

- Tap on the? mark

- Tap on Events & Challenges  - select the event in question 

- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"

Hello @Sherri_Bouknight. Are you making the quests in the “normal levels”? Since a few weeks BubbleGum Hill doesn’t count anymore.
