Bug still on 2629 - Reported and Fixed!!!

Are you playing on Facebook or mobile? I think this issue is mostly happening on Facebook so if you have access to a mobile device, could you try the level from there?

I'm actually using my mobile. Samsung s10+. Not sure about versions and updates. I have everything set to automatically update.

Hmm... so the game team have checked the status on his level and there are no reports of issues, how many attempts have you had on this level?

Apparently this doesn't happen all the time 🤔

Help!!  I’ve used boosters to beat this level and have now wasted them on this nonsense.  It is funny but annoying

Hi,

There’s a bug in level 2629. When the center of the level free up the black boxes they start to spin very fast and the game freezes, I can’t make a move and the only option is to exit the game. This repeats over and over. I have uppdated the app to the latest version.

Try uninstalling it. Make sure you save your progress. Go to system set up, scroll down to apps and notification click, then go to apps info click,  scroll down to CCS , uninstall, press ok.  Next go to your game store app, search CCS or go to your library then reinstall. I hope this helps.

I know this is not an ideal way of playing but if you force close the game app when the game gets stuck in a loop, and start the level again, it should work and yes, you will lose a life during this process. 

The level should have been improved but I'll report back to the studio and see if this is affecting more players.
