Thanks for tagging me @Spinnifix!  Welcome to our community @Stormy1!  Are you having trouble connecting your game?  Where are you playing the game - computer or mobile?  Which platform - Facebook, king.com?  There is a very long message posted in the community and I want you to look at the message from @Aneleh here.  Check to make sure that you are logged into your King account.  If that doesn't work then I need more information as to where you are playing the game and what platform.
