Missing high score no extra boosts

Can anyone tell me why I’ve stopped getting extra boosts at the beginning of the game or extra moves at the end it all stopped about four weeks ago. After playing for the last three years I’m very confused thank you

Thanks for tagging me @Spinnifix!  @heartherann, welcome to our community!  I need more information from you before I can give you some kind of answer.   How were you getting those extra boosters or extra moves?   Once you give me more information I might be able to respond back to you.

Hi you get your daily boost to play with and when you reach a 🌟 when playing the game sometimes at the end it gives you the chance to select some extra
moves, also if you fail on your next try under the normal boost you can get a chance to select an extra boost to try and help you complete the level, only I have noticed it not noting my score in the high score area and these extra boosts stopped about four weeks ago I have been playing this game for over 4 yrs and can’t understand why it has stopped now

Now I understand what you mean. That the extra moves will not count towards your score in the game. Is that correct?

Hi the extra moves you can win at the end of the (you have to stop as it spins between 1-15) can help you complete the game if you only need a couple more moves.

@heatherann, are you clicking on something to get extra moves to finish the level?  I think then the wheel comes up and you get a free spin for a chance to get extra moves.  Is that what you are referring to?  The studio might have stopped giving that out and took it away completely.

In soda there is no bike just a video for additional trains. What is presented in a sphere. If you mean the wheel, that's in Candy Crush. Imn Which game do you play? Please report !!!
