I’m just wondering why I can’t do anything on here.. comment, contests.. nothing. I’m at level 3223... do I need to sync with Facebook?

And to comment in any threads -- either to answer a question or in a contest or anything else, simply tap on "Type your Comment" box located at the bottom of the page and write your comment and press on "Reply"!  That's it, done!  You have posted your message  

And to answer your second part of the question... No!  You do not need to sync the Community with Facebook!
